Department of Children and Families (DCF) - We need data people holding state workers and employers to racial disparities and anti-racist training.

Department of Correction (DOC) - We need to revitalize re-rentry program and welcome leadership among youth (18-24) - residential facilities, DOC facilities, Boys and Girls Village to be trained, given therapeutic resources, paid and marketed as conflict resolution counselors.

Holding state agencies accountable for their role in dismantling systemic oppression by addressing and eliminating racial disparities will echo to federal agencies facilitating funding to create an anti-racist policy reform across the country.
